Terms and Conditions / Price Draw Archant France

The Promotion is a free to enter Prize Draw and there is one Prize to win. The Prize is a voucher for a stay for up to 2 guests in the French NOVASOL holiday home ID: FBF551 (http://www.novasol.co.uk/p/FBF551) for 7 nights for May half term (27th May – 3rd June 2017). The property is subject to availability. Should the property be booked at that specific week, the winner will receive a (1) voucher worth up to £450, which can be redeemed against any NOVASOL self-catering property that can be found on www.novasol.co.uk. The Prize Draw is open to all residents of the United Kingdom. Employees of Archant France, Wyndham Worldwide and their group of companies (including RCI Europe), their agents, partners and families are not permitted to enter.

The voucher can only be applied to one (1) NOVASOL holiday and will be valid during the week mentioned above or – should the property be booked during that period of time – for an arrival date between 1 January and 30 June 2017. The voucher won’t apply to any additional consumption costs (e.g. gas, electricity, water), bed linen/towels or cleaning costs. NOVASOL is not liable for any additional costs incurred in relation to the booking, such as accommodation, transport, fuel or spending money.

The voucher can be redeemed in writing via email to [email protected] on or before the 31st March 2017 23.59 GMT, informing NOVASOL about the contact details including: holiday home ID, holiday dates, name, number of guests staying at the holiday home, address, phone number and email address. Should the winner contact NOVASOL after this date or in a different way than described above (e.g. phone/different email address), the voucher cannot be redeemed. The booking will need to be confirmed by NOVASOL in writing within 2 weeks of the winner’s booking request or by the 14th April 2017, whichever date is the earliest. Any relevant deposit/rental price payments will need to be paid by the customer as requested by NOVASOL or by the 21st April 2017, whichever date is earlier; otherwise the booking/reservation will need to be cancelled by NOVASOL and the voucher will not be guaranteed. The voucher can only be redeemed by the winner of the prize draw and there will be no cash refund available should the winner not book a NOVASOL holiday or cancel an already booked holiday.

The Prize is non-transferable and up to one (1) entry per person will be accepted. The Prize Draw is open from the 1st December 2016 and closes on the 28th February 2017 at 23.59pm GMT. Any entries received after this time and date will not be accepted.

The Prize Winner will be randomly selected by NOVASOL on or before the 6th February 2017 from all eligible entries received from NOVASOL’s prize draw. Any incomplete and illegible entries will be considered void and won’t be counted. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete and/or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery is not proof of receipt. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, extend or amend the Prize Draw at any time without notice.
