Customers of P&O Ferries can blog their way to Travel Writer of the Year and Travel Photographer of the Year titles by posting entries on the company’s travel tips forum. A new section on their website has been set up to share places visited and sights seen. A panel from P&O Ferries will judge contributions. Free ferry travel to France for a year, covering a car and passengers, will be awarded for the best article and best photograph submitted. “Millions of people use our services to France, Holland, Belgium and Spain each year, meaning there’s a wealth of travel tips to share. So we are encouraging customers to offer their personal insights on our website in words and pictures,” said Sarah Staughton, head of marketing.
