French property prices stabilise

 

New figures from FNAIM suggest French property market is bouncing back

According to latest statistics from FNAIM, the national association of French estate agents, prices in France have stabilised during the third quarter of the year. In some areas they have even started to rise. The resale market is bouncing back, up 18% in one year. The number of transactions for 2010 is anticipated to exceed 700,000, and price rises of between 2 and 3% are predicted by the end of 2010.
