The accompanying audio CD is designed to improve listening comprehension and build confidence in speaking French naturally. Put together by a team of professional narrators, each 60-minute CD provides well-paced readings of the key articles from the magazine, together with pronunciation and intonation exercises, and dialogues based on one of the articles, where the listener becomes the third member of the conversation. The audio component of the subscription will enable the user to tune their ear to a variety of accents and registers and to improve significantly their ability to understand French as it’s really spoken.
